Shipping Policy

Every CREVIA piece is made to order. Here is exactly what happens after you check out — and what it costs.

1. Production Time

Orders begin production after our team confirms them by phone. Standard pieces are printed, hand-mounted and inspected within 3–5 business days. Oversized and custom commissions may require 5–10 business days; the exact timeline is always confirmed with you before work starts. We do not hold stock — each piece is made for you, which is why a small production window is worth the wait.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery is charged per order, not per piece:

  • Flat rate: PKR 350 nationwide
  • Free delivery on orders of PKR 15,000 or more (after discounts)
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may add 1–2 extra transit days

3. Delivery Timeframes

After production, parcels typically arrive within 2–4 business days in major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar) and 3–6 business days elsewhere in Pakistan. You will receive a tracking number by SMS/email once the parcel is dispatched, and you can follow the status any time on our order tracking page.

4. Packaging

Pieces are wrapped in foam, fitted with corner guards and boxed for transit. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please record a short video while opening it and contact us immediately — it makes claims with the courier much faster.

5. Cash on Delivery

COD is available nationwide. Please keep the exact or near-exact amount ready; couriers carry limited change. Our team will call before dispatch to reconfirm availability at the delivery address. For custom commissions and bulk orders we may request an advance bank transfer — this is always arranged directly over WhatsApp or phone, never through links in email.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail because the address or phone number provided at checkout is unreachable, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange re-dispatch; a second shipping fee may apply.

7. Questions

If your parcel is late beyond the stated window, contact us with your order number at our contact page or on WhatsApp and we will trace it the same day.
