The agreement between you and CREVIA when you browse this site or place an order. Plain language, no traps.
1. About These Terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. CREVIA ("we", "us") operates this online store from Pakistan. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes where required.
2. Orders & Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order becomes binding when our team confirms it by phone, email or WhatsApp. Until then, the order status remains Pending Confirmation and you may cancel freely. We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case any amounts already paid are refunded in full.
3. Pricing & Payment
All totals are calculated server-side from database prices at checkout; the amount shown on your order confirmation is the amount payable. We accept Cash on Delivery (where eligible) and bank transfer for approved custom or bulk orders. We do not process online card payments and never ask for card details.
4. Made-To-Order Products
Wall art is produced individually after confirmation. Minor variations in tone, texture and finish between the screen preview and the physical piece are inherent to printing and are not defects. Colours may appear differently across displays; we calibrate to standard sRGB profiles.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, photography and text on this site are owned by or licensed to CREVIA and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. When you upload artwork to the custom commission service, you confirm that you own the rights necessary to reproduce it, and you grant us a limited licence to produce your piece and, only with your explicit consent, to feature it in our portfolio.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at volume, no attempts to access admin areas, no injection or automated abuse of forms, and no submission of unlawful imagery to the custom service. Rate limits and audit logs are enforced to keep the platform safe for everyone.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights in Pakistan.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad. Questions about these terms? Contact us any time.
